This agreement is intended to document the research-use-only conditions that may apply to future approved account or ordering activity with LiveWire Peptides LLC. It does not activate public ordering or create a supply commitment.
Products are sold strictly for laboratory research use only. Not for human consumption, diagnostic use, therapeutic use, or the treatment, cure, or prevention of disease.
A future approved purchaser may be required to confirm that:
- the purchaser is authorized to act for the identified laboratory, company, or research organization;
- all submitted business and research-context information is accurate;
- products and documentation will be handled only within a lawful, qualified laboratory research context;
- applicable laws, regulations, institutional rules, storage requirements, and disposal requirements will be followed;
- products will not be transferred or resold outside approved and lawful channels;
- product labels, batch identifiers, warnings, and documentation will not be removed, altered, or misrepresented;
- requested qualification or compliance documentation will be provided when required; and
- LiveWire Peptides may decline or cancel activity that fails compliance review, subject to approved transaction policies and applicable law.
Submitting an inquiry does not by itself constitute acceptance of this agreement. Counsel must determine the required acceptance method, recordkeeping, version control, applicability, enforcement terms, and relationship to checkout before the agreement is used.
