Research-use-only position
Products are offered solely for lawful laboratory, academic, institutional, or independent research. They are not intended for human or animal consumption, dosing, injection, ingestion, administration, medical use, diagnostic use, therapeutic use, disease prevention, personal use, household use, cosmetic use, or veterinary use.
Accounts and research eligibility
Users must provide truthful account and research-context information, accept the current Research Use Agreement, and comply with access and security controls. Age or site-entry acknowledgment alone does not qualify a purchaser. Approval may be denied or revoked when information is incomplete, inconsistent, unsafe, unlawful, or outside this policy.
Orders and availability
Submitting an order does not guarantee acceptance. Product availability requires a current released product and lot, released sellable inventory, customer eligibility, destination eligibility, payment authority, fraud checks, and other order controls. LiveWire may decline, limit, hold, or cancel an order when any required check fails.
