Service and charges
- Carrier: USPS.
- Standard shipping: $10.
- Free shipping: qualifying merchandise subtotal of $150 or more before discounts.
- Tracking is required and is provided after shipment.
- Backorders are not accepted.
Handling and delivery
Accepted, paid orders are normally prepared within one business day. This is a handling target, not a carrier delivery guarantee. Carrier timing, weather, address problems, security review, and other events outside LiveWire’s control may cause delay.
LiveWire may hold, decline, or cancel an order when product or lot release, inventory, destination, customer qualification, payment, fraud, safety, carrier, or compliance checks do not pass.
Shipment problems
Report a damaged or incorrect shipment within 3 business days of delivery. Include the order number, packaging details, and clear photographs where relevant. For a missing, delayed, or misdelivered shipment, contact support so the tracking record and carrier status can be reviewed.
