LiveWire reviews cancellation, replacement, and refund requests against the order status, shipment record, product condition, supporting information, and applicable requirements.
Contact first
- Contact orders@livewirepeptides.com with the order number and a concise description.
- Report damaged or incorrect shipments within 3 business days of delivery and provide photographs when relevant.
- Do not return any product unless LiveWire provides written authorization and instructions.
- Products that cannot be verified as unopened, intact, and suitable for controlled restocking may not be accepted for return.
Cancellations and refunds
A cancellation request may be approved only before fulfillment begins or a shipping label is created. If LiveWire cancels an order it cannot fulfill, or approves a refund or replacement after review, the resolution will be recorded and any approved refund will be initiated to the original payment method. Payment-provider or financial-institution posting time may vary.
For a lost or non-delivered shipment, LiveWire will review tracking and carrier evidence before determining the appropriate replacement or refund. Nothing in this policy restricts rights or payment-dispute options that cannot lawfully be restricted.
