The LiveWire quality framework is documentation-first: product identity, batch context, supporting records, and report status should be understandable without turning incomplete information into a broader claim.
Supplier documentation review
Available supplier records, product labels, strength information, lot identifiers, and supporting documents are reviewed for consistency. Supplier identity and confidential commercial information are not published unless disclosure is appropriate and authorized.
Batch identification
Batch or lot references should connect received inventory to the corresponding product and retained documentation. A report is meaningful only when its compound and batch relationship can be established.
Testing where performed
Independent laboratory testing may be commissioned or supplied for particular products or batches. Published claims must match the actual report, method, date, laboratory, and batch. Testing availability is not universal.
Document retention
Verified current and historical reports can be retained as separate records. Superseded or withdrawn documents should remain clearly labeled rather than silently presented as current.
How to use LiveWire documentation
- Identify the product, strength, SKU, and batch shown on the listing or package.
- Locate the corresponding published report, when available.
- Compare the report ID, test date, method, laboratory, and batch reference.
- Read the report together with the Testing Methodology guide and its stated limitations.
- Contact support when a document relationship or status is unclear.
